I have used Hotels.com on several occasions and never had a problem with them.
Their prices are relatively lower than other similar sites such as bookings.com , they give you the option to pay for your stay in cash at destination.
Customer service is very efficient , very responsive.
By booking and fulfilling the bookings you get bonus night , one free night for every 8 stayed.
Highly recommended.
