Amazing!!! I’ve known many people using Slimming World to loose weight and you could literally watch them melt but I always believed there must be something “funny” about this diet as it sounds way too good to be true! I’ve been struggling to loose a little bit of weight for a while now and I never believed in advertised diets but as I love my food way too much and hate having to go hungry (life is too short and you always seem to be putting the weight back on as soon as you start eating “normally” again!!!) I thought I will finally give it a go! And i can’t be any more impressed!! I didn’t have to make any drastic changes to my diet (always loved cooking healthy but just love my carbs so much!), I don’t have to cut my portion sizes and I never go hungry!!! I am still pretty much eating the same but just with a lot less oil and things like cheese and bread are still within my daily allowance but in controlled quantities but I just never have the feeling that I am missing out on things or I am unsatisfied!!! And best of all, it’s affordable!!! With only £5 a week and a £10 joining fee it’s really no big deal!!! Only been on this diet for 3 weeks and every week so far I have lost 2,5lb (1.1kg) and that’s without any exercise so far and still allowing myself little and measured treats during the day!!!! You are being weight ever week when meeting with the group and get the chance to meet new people, exchange recipes and most of all, motivate and encourage each other!!! I was very sceptical at first and believed there is no such thing as a diet where you are allowed to eat as much pasta, rice and potatoes as you want and still loose weight!! But I am glad I was proven wrong!!! Couldn’t be any happier with my weight loss results!!!
