Couple of years ago I did review the On Cloudace trainers and I gave it top stars. ( orange and grey pair) They felt great , very supportive no more niggles in the knees. As soon as I reached 300 miles, the fabric started having holes. I thought that maybe it’s a one off and I ordered an other one. ( blue pair)
The second one started having holes around 250 miles of use! Do I contacted the costumer service and they gave me a %20 discount towards an other new one. Third pair purchased with the discount. And guess what !!!!! Holes again around 255 miles of use!!! The sole of the 3 pairs are all in great condition , it’s just the fabric that seems such low quality and it’s letting the brand down. That’s to the Ons warranty , they have offered me a discount voucher to get an other pair. Shall I go for a 4th OncloudAce 🧐😒
