I’ve been attending the boot camp sessions once or twice a week, for 8 months now. The difference that it has made to my over all wellbeing, is amazing! Best money I’ve ever spent.
The biggest improvement to my health has been that I haven’t had problems with my sciatic nerve pain or my migraine anymore- these used to be very bad and now they’re gone.
Daily tasks such as taking bins out and doing food shopping is easier, as I’m stronger. I can run after my kids in the park and take them out on their scooters, without getting exhausted.
