As a company they are useless when it comes to customer service. on the face of it they all seem helpful but they will say anything to get you off the phone. they do not keep track of previous conversation and their aboard call center are as useful as an automated recording. Once you sign up the quality of customer care drops by 90%. Prices start good but then you go into a spiral of strange fees and increases. As for the broadband installation engineer they all seem over worked, took 3 trips from 3 different engineers and 2 month to get the installation done. they left a mess and were not able to install the line where i needed it. the cable were left loose and I had to get an electrician to redo them as they clearly stated that the that was not their problem. They were drilling in the house at 9PM. apart from that once it is all up and running the internet is very quick a true 100mbps for the base service. but i had an outage for 2 weeks and not even a call to let me know what was happening... I only use virgin media because the alternative is 100 times worse.
