A must have with no real alternative available.

Pros: 👍

- Connect from anywhere
- Have it on my desktop, mobile or tablet
- Perfect for my small business
- All apps are very easy to use
- You can access from a browser if needed

Cons: 👎

- Configuring it correctly can be difficult
- Mac version of MS Outlook it not very good the rest of the apps are ok but not as good as the windows version for some reason!
- Complete market monopoly!
