I worked for that Coversure branch a few years ago they have made my life hell! Worst employer I have ever worked for. All they did is argue between each other. Family members have no business being coworkers as there is a real conflict of interest. all the members of staff hated each other and kept stabbing each other in the back. The work atmosphere was toxic and customer care was a second thought. Personal Line knowledge was OK but commercial insurance knowledge was very poor and I do not recommend using that broker for this type of insurance. I know other Coversure branches are better managed but the Worcester Park one poor. It had to be said!

Hello, I am very sorry that your time with Coversure Worcester Park was not always a pleasant one. The office has been under new management since 01/10/2017 and we are still in touch with the previous owners and can put you in touch with them if you wish to air any grievances. However, I can assure you that although not related by blood we are very much a happy family. The office specialises in both personal lines and commercial lines and we have expanded the skill set available with dedicated specialists to handle our clients needs.
