Not happy with my bank, I was with hsbc for over 10 years and they complete messed up my mortgage application and refused to show any flexibility. The customer server is non existent and they all say they will send you the document you need but they don’t really do anything. I moved to Barclays and they they were able to help with the same problem within 10 min! So Barclays good and hsbc bad!

We had the same problem and moved to metro bank! HSBC are not very helpful.
